Welcome to Bear New Zealand - the first ever dedicated week of events for bears, cubs and their admirers in NZ.
Your hosts URGE Bar and the Bear NZ group are promising a festival of furry fun from February 21-28th.
On offer are a host of events from Bear Drag to Underwear Parties, BBQs and one massive celebration - the Tri-Nations Party on February 27. Top US DJ Rotten Robbie is making his debut appearance in New Zealand. He will be joined by hot new Sydney talent DJ Matt Effect and URGE Bar's resident star DJ Mauri for a big night of sweaty fun.
This week is about enjoying who we are - you don't have to identify as a bear or a cub to join in the fun.
