Tone Cluster - quite a queer choir presents "Building Bridges"
Location: Kingston, Ontario
Sunday, June 7, 2009
3pm
Sydenham Street United Church
82 Sydenham St. - Kingston
With special guests: She Sings! - a Women's Choir

For its 15th anniversary season finale, Tone Cluster presents a concert that draws on music sung by the choir over the past 15 years. The program for “Building Bridges” offers a delectable sampling of musical flavours that include madrigal, jazz, and gospel.

Tone Cluster also enlisted its audience in creating the concert program: two of the pieces were chosen through the choir’s “June Toons” contest.

This concert celebrates building bridges in the community. Tone Cluster welcomes as special guests in Ottawa the Ottawa Police Chorus and the Ottawa Gay Men’s Chorus and, in Kingston, the women's choir She Sings!

Advance tickets are available now for $15.

In Ottawa, tickets can be purchased at After Stonewall, mother tongue books, Wilde’s, the Leading Note,
Collected Works, and from members of the choir.

KUMA @ the Parks
Time: 1:00pm - 12:00am Atlantic
Location: Anaheim, CA
To kick off our KUMA at the Parks series, we proudly present our monthly outings to the Disneyland resort in Anaheim, CA.

Due to the Annual Passes(APs) now being available for purchase by monthly installment, more and more of us, now have them! So what better way to enjoy it, than with your friends and brothers in and around KUMA?

For our first meeting, we will meet at the Taste Pilot's Grill, located in the Golden State area of Disney's California Adventure (DCA) for lunch. The rest of the day will be played by ear! This event is very casual, with no set itinerary, other than lunch, so feel free to call or text me at my mobile number listed here if you want to meet up with us at a later time.

If our trial run in May is any indication, this will prove to be a most enjoyable day!

And if you haven't already, please be sure you join up on our group, KUMA at the Parks, to make sure you are always informed of our future meets, at Disney & and at other SoCal theme parks!
