Bear Week Provincetown
Provincetown Bears prepares a special welcome for Bears to one of North America's most famous gay resort towns. We work with local club managers to program different music and atmosphere for a week of parties. We also allow time to relax and have a true vacation.
Our schedule leaves plenty of free time to enjoy the town, restaurants, cabaret shows, National Seashore park, beaches, and the daily gatherings at hotel pool decks.
Bearcelona Cruise
Bearcelona Cruise was born when we discovered the largest (3200 guests) ALL-GAY cruise in Europe was leaving from our home city, we wanted to be there. We would like to involve as many men from bear community as possible.
THE ITINERARY
From Barcelona to Rome combining top greek islands (gay capital Mykonos and stunning Santorini) with the masterpieces of Michelangelo or Leonardo Da Vinci. Or other mediterranean jewels such as Marseille, Florence or Naples.
THE SHIP
On board you can enjoy 2 swimming pools, gym, spa, jacuzzi, sauna, ice skating rink, mini-golf, rock-climbing wall, full court basketball, volleyball track, a huge theater, casino, cabaret show, restaurants, etc.
ALL-GAY CRUISE
Forget about traditional cruises. This is an LGBT cruise. Cruise etiquette are here slightly different. Leather, militar, drag or white depending on the theme night. Or wear your best suit-and-tie. After dinner, top deck is transformed in the best club: lasers, state-of-the-art lighting and sound, international Djs, stars in the sky, ocean breeze and hairy chests.

Bears in the Sac
The Sacramento Valley Bears are pleased to announce the 2008 Bears In The Sac (BITS) weekend. This year it is July 11th – 13th. The three-day affair encompasses seven fun-filled events for everyone to enjoy. The weekend is ala Carte so you can pick and choose the events you would like to attend. A list of the events is below, but if you would like more information, you can go to the Sacramento Valley Bear website at http://www.sacvalleybears.org/ or you can send an email to (please put BITS in the subject line to differentiate from spam). Brochures with sign-up forms will be available soon, so keep your eyes open for them at The Bolt. You will be able to download a PDF form from the website soon. Tickets will be available for “presale” at SVB events in early June. You will also be able to mail in your ticket requests to: SVB PO Box 189311 Sacramento, CA 95818-9311.
We will be starting the fun at The Depot from 5:00 pm to 5:45 pm enjoying their FAG (Fabulous And Gay) Friday specials. Then it is off to the sophisticated and casual Headhunters from 5:45 pm to 6:30 pm. You can also order appetizers or meals to go along with your drinks and enjoy the great patio. Our next destination on this crawl is across the street to newly remodeled Faces from 6:30 pm to 7:15pm. The Mercantile Saloon is the final stop from 7:15 pm to 8:00 pm. Following the Crawl, Bears are encouraged to dine locally at the many establishments in the area. Some of the suggested venues are Hot Rods, Head Hunters, or Jack’s Urban Eats.
Bear Dance at Badlands – Friday, July 11, 2008 - 9:00 pm - ?
Finish off your evening on the Midtown Grid! A live video DJ will be presenting the groove for hours of non-stop sweatin’ and shakin’. There is a cover charge after 9:00 pm. Hope to see you on the dance floor!
American River Rafting Trip – Saturday, July 12, 2008 - 10:30 am – 1:30 pm
We begin Saturday’s activities with the wonderfully wet rafting trip. Always popular, this year’s trip will be going with the flow. The cost is the same as it’s always been . . . $20 presale and $25 at the door (or boat). Be at American River Raft Rentals by 10:30 a.m. because we will be hitting the water after that.
